As an 'Investor in Communities', we have successfully developed relationships with residents and provided resources to help make their neighbourhoods better places to live.

Our residents play an active role in the work of the Association through our residents' organisation, various local tenant groups and by providing valuable customer feedback.

We employ a strong and co-ordinated approach to neighbour nuisance by working with different agencies. We are a key partner in local crime and disorder groups. We are committed to continuous service improvement.
