Rent Payment
On-line Rent Payment for PHA tenants and leaseholders
Rent can be paid on-line using the Alliance & Leicester BillPay facility which accepts Visa, Switch, Solo and Electron debit cards.
The first time you use this method you will need to register. This involves:
- Entering your details and setting up a password.
- In the section 'Who I want to Pay', under Housing Associations, selecting PHA (Portsmouth Housing Association) from the list.
- Entering your rent swipe card number i.e.the 19 digit number printed on your rent swipe card.
To pay you just have to key in your debit card details and the amount. On subsequent occasions you log-in and pay. After paying you might like to check that your payment has been successful by viewing the payment history.
