Finding somewhere to live
Our housing for people under 55 years of age is allocated through the local council. If you are under 55 years old you can register for housing with the local council.

If you are over 55 years  of age you can register directly with PHA for housing.

Existing PHA residents
If you are an existing resident and wish to transfer to another PHA property you need to:

  • have been a resident in your current property  for 12 months or more:
  • have no rent arrears or debts with PHA ;
  • kept your current home in order;
  • nor have been served with a notice of seeking possession.

Moving out
If you wish to move out of your PHA property call Customer Services on 08450 551122 to request this by post. Please remember you have agreed to give us four weeks' notice before you leave. If you move without telling us, you will be charged a minimum four weeks' rent.

Paying your rent
PHA provides you with the following services for you to make a payment:

Post Office  Pay at any Post Office with cash
PayPoint     Pay by cash at any local store displaying the PayPoint logo
Pay Zone    Pay by cash or devit card at any local store displaying
                  the Pay Zone logo
Allpay         Pay your rent over the internet. Simply log on:
                  www.allpay.net  and click ,make payment'.
PHA           Pay by devit card over the telephone: Call Customer Services on 08450 551122.
